Payments:  We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Taxes:  We collect taxes as applicable by law.

Shipping:  All shipping is free.  At this time, we can only ship inside the continental US.  Meaning we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally.  Nail polish is considered a hazardous material and can only be ship via ground transportation only.  We comply with all shipping regulations.

Shipping time:  Shipping depending on weight is by USPS surface mail, or FedEx ground, 3-12 business days for arrival.  Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order.

Lost shipment:  All shipments have tracking.  If your package does not arrive within 21 days of leaving us.  We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Broken bottles:  We carefully pack each bottle to ensure safe transit.  However, if this happens, we require photographic evidence and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns:  We want you to be satisfied with your polishes.  Returns are allowed within 15 days of receipt, with a limit of 3 returns per customer per address.  Return shipping charges cannot be refunded. We do charge a 25% return fee to partially cover losses.  We do not exchange polishes, nor do we re-sell returned polishes.  Returned polishes are discarded.  Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully choose polishes before purchasing them, as we are a small business.  In extenuating circumstances, we do make exceptions, please email us, explaining your situation and we will work to resolve your issue as best we can.  

To start a return, you can contact us at magpiepaints581@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We ask for a photo.  If approved we will send you a replacement or refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  We do not resell polishes that have been returned.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If items are not in stock we will not take orders as that is not fair to you. Therefore, if you place an order we can quickly fulfill it. 

In extenuating circumstances we do reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.
